The Consignor indemnifies Connect Transport Services for any liability whatsoever as a result of or arising out of the failure of the Consignor to comply with these warranties.

The freight charges shall be determined as the greater of the actual dead weight or the Volumetric Weight, unless otherwise stated in the Quotation. Item rates will be subject to maximum weights and volumes stated in the Quotation. Exceeding the weight or size limits on item rates will incur additional charges for the extra weight.
